Getting in touch
London SatMan operates in London and most of the Home Counties, Hertfordshire and part of Essex, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm.
Calls are routed to a mobile number, so feel free to get in touch during working hours for advice and estimates. If your call is missed / no answered you will be called back normally by the end of the day.
Emails are monitored on a daily basis, and you should expect a reply within 2 working days. A ticketing system is in place for customer support requests and all emails will be grouped into conversations to keep track of them. Please include a contact number and your postcode in your messages. If you require an estimate for installations, a full address will also be necessary to help with assessing the work to be carried out.
Local collection may be possible but must be arranged in advance.
