London SatMan operates in London and most of the Home Counties, Hertfordshire and part of Essex, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm.
Calls are routed to a mobile number, so feel free to get in touch during working hours for advice and estimates. If your call is missed / no answered you will be called back normally by the end of the day. WhatsApp number only available for quick chat support. For any other enquiry please use emails messages.
Emails are monitored on a daily basis, and you should expect a reply within 2 working days. A ticketing system is in place for customer support requests and all emails will be grouped into conversations to keep track of them. Please include a contact number and your postcode in your messages. If you require an estimate for installations, a full address will also be necessary to help with assessing the work to be carried out.
Local collection may be possible but must be arranged in advance.
